Return Policy:

We want our customers to be happy! If you are unhappy with our products or services contact us and we’ll make it right. We will accept unopened returns and even a one time (per customer) opened vial return.

Incorrect, Missing or Damaged Items:

Order Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the request is made before the order has been shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped.

Shipping Policy:

We offer free Priority USPS shipping on orders within the US. We strive to process and ship orders paid via credit card processing and Zelle promptly, with same-day shipping for orders placed before 1pm PST on business days. Orders received after 1pm PST  time or on weekends/holidays will be shipped on the next business day. During the holidays we may elect to send your package via UPS due to USPS delays.
